Yummy Brunswick Stew

I usually make this when I have left over beef roast and pork. Saves time and it's a great way to use up leftover meat. My family loves this. I have experimented and finally came up with the perfect combination of ingredients. So good!!

shredded chicken
1 1/2 c
shredded beef roast
1 1/2 c
shredded pork
4 c
chicken broth
1 tsp
beef base (i use "better than bouillon")
3 c
potatoes (diced into small cubes)
1 medium
onion (chopped)
1 can(s)
great northern beans
1 can(s)
butter beans
1 can(s)
bush's bourbon and brown sugar flavored baked beans
1 can(s)
diced tomato (or tomato sauce if family prefers no "chunks" of tomato
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn
1 can(s)
creamed corn
3/4 c
bbq sauce
1/2 c
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
ground pepper
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
2 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp
onion powder


1When serving beef roast and pork roast, try to hide some from family and keep in fridge until ready for use. Day of preparation, cook 2 or 3 large chicken breasts in broth until shredded.
2To the broth, add beef base, onion and potato. Cook until tender. Add all the spices, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce.
3Dump all the cans of beans, corn, and tomato into pot and simmer until ready to serve. ENJOY!!!
