yummy brunswick stew
I usually make this when I have left over beef roast and pork. Saves time and it's a great way to use up leftover meat. My family loves this. I have experimented and finally came up with the perfect combination of ingredients. So good!!

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1 1/2 cups shredded beef roast
- 1 1/2 cups shredded pork
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon beef base (i use "better than bouillon")
- 3 cups potatoes (diced into small cubes)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1 can great northern beans
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 can bush's bourbon and brown sugar flavored baked beans
- 1 can diced tomato (or tomato sauce if family prefers no "chunks" of tomato
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 3/4 cup bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make yummy brunswick stew

Step 1When serving beef roast and pork roast, try to hide some from family and keep in fridge until ready for use. Day of preparation, cook 2 or 3 large chicken breasts in broth until shredded.

Step 2To the broth, add beef base, onion and potato. Cook until tender. Add all the spices, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce.

Step 3Dump all the cans of beans, corn, and tomato into pot and simmer until ready to serve. ENJOY!!!
