I usually make this when I have left over beef roast and pork. Saves time and it's a great way to use up leftover meat. My family loves this. I have experimented and finally came up with the perfect combination of ingredients. So good!!

3 cshredded chicken

1 1/2 cshredded beef roast

1 1/2 cshredded pork

4 cchicken broth

1 tspbeef base (i use "better than bouillon")

3 cpotatoes (diced into small cubes)

1 mdonion (chopped)

1 cangreat northern beans

1 canbutter beans
-
1 canbush's bourbon and brown sugar flavored baked beans

1 candiced tomato (or tomato sauce if family prefers no "chunks" of tomato

1 canwhole kernel corn

1 cancreamed corn

3/4 cbbq sauce

1/2 cketchup

1 Tbspmustard

1 tspground pepper

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1/2 tspgarlic powder

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tsponion powder
How To Make yummy brunswick stew

1When serving beef roast and pork roast, try to hide some from family and keep in fridge until ready for use. Day of preparation, cook 2 or 3 large chicken breasts in broth until shredded.

2To the broth, add beef base, onion and potato. Cook until tender. Add all the spices, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce.

3Dump all the cans of beans, corn, and tomato into pot and simmer until ready to serve. ENJOY!!!
