Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, mashed and sautéed
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup pimento
- 3 cups shredded chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup onion and green bell pepper diced and sautéed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 jar 16 ounce small curd cottage cheese
- 2 cups italian cheese blend or monterey
How To Make white chicken lasagna

Step 1Cook noodles according to box instructions. Cook chicken. I prefer to purchase a rotisserie chicken to shredd.

Step 2In Dutch oven or sauce pan, sautéed onion and pepper in butter. Stir in soup, milk, pimento, basil and shredded cheese.

Step 3Place in 13x9 pan and layer; pasta, cream sauce, cottage cheese and Parmesan. Repeat layers.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
