Ingredients
- 3 pounds diced chicken (boneless breast)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon taco seasoning mix (listed below)
- 2 cans chicken stock
- 1 can corn drained
- 1 can black beans rinsed and drained
- 2 cans great northern beans(don't drain)
- 1 can rotel chili fixin's
- 1 cup med picante sauce
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos slices (diced)
- package mexican cheese blend
- TACO SEASONING
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili power
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Ground teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic
How To Make white bean chicken chili

Step 1Combine all ingredients except cheese in a crock pot or dutch oven.

Step 2Set crock pot on high for 3 hours.

Step 3Add cheese or a small amount of cornstarch in cold water it will help thicken the chili.

Step 4Cook until desired thickness if using cornstarch.

Step 5Top with cheese. Serve with corn bread or chips.
