Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 package chicken gravy mix
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make un-can-ny chicken stew

Step 1In a large pan heat oil and cook chicken until no longer pink. Add the soup, gravy mix, onion flakes and vegetables including the liquid. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes. (thicken with cornstarch if necessary)

Step 2I serve this over mashed potatoes with a batch of fresh baked biscuits.
