Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 can(s)
    mixed vegetables
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 1 pkg
    chicken gravy mix
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil

How to Make un-CAN-ny Chicken Stew

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large pan heat oil and cook chicken until no longer pink. Add the soup, gravy mix, onion flakes and vegetables including the liquid. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat, simmer for 10-15 minutes. (thicken with cornstarch if necessary)
  2. I serve this over mashed potatoes with a batch of fresh baked biscuits.
