tom's chicken

Got this from a friend of mine a few years back,I use it quite often. He used it on a whole cut up chicken,but I prefer to get fresh boneless chicken breasts and cut them into chicken tenders. This is also very good on pork chops,fish,and other meat.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup wondra flour(in a blue can in bakery aisle)
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 2 pounds chicken tenders
How To Make tom's chicken

Step 1Melt butter in a 9"x13" baking dish.

Step 2Put dry ingredients in a zip lock bag,mix together,add chicken a few pieces at a time,shake bag to coat.

Step 3Put in baking dish,place in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes,turn chicken over,bake another 20 minutes or until properly done.
