- 6or 7 medium chicken tenderloins, i prefer frozen tyson defrosted.
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, hellmans is what i use.
- 2 or 3 tablespoons bread crumbs, seasoned or not what ever you like best
- 4 or 5 teaspoons favorite cheese grated or small sherds
- 20 MINUTE THE BEST TENDER CHICKEN EVER
How To Make the best baked chicken tenderloins

Step 1Pat dry defrosted tenderloins, arrange on foil lined baking sheet. Baking and cook time 425degrees for 20 minutes, prepare time 5 to 10 minutes This is an adaptions from Hellmans

Step 2Brush each tenderloin with mayonnaise until covered nicely ad as much as you like this helps make them even more tender, use according to taste. Sprinkle with your favorite cheese; Monterrey Jack, Parmesan, Baby Swiss. It's your call on the cheese.

Step 3Sprinkle with bread crumbs, your favorite. Home-made buttery, plain or Italian per-made or crush your favorite croutons or store bought stuffing. Experiment, so tender you cut them with a fork.
