A sweet girl gave this recipe to me years ago and it's still good today. I make it often to put over rice, pork, chicken and beef. Can't go wrong with this one.

  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic

How to Make Teriyaki Marinade


  1. Warm soy sauce and vinegar in sauce pan, add sugar, ginger and minced garlic. stir until sugar is dissolved. Enough to marinate 6 breasts or whatever meat you prefer.
  2. You can marinate it overnight.
