Ingredients
- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup wochestershire sauce
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 4 teaspoons paprika
- 3 pounds chicken- or fryer cut up
How To Make tender barbecue chicken

Step 1Mix all ingredients except chicken and bring to boil.

Step 2Pour over chicken into Dutch oven or Large Casserole dish, seal, and bake 15 minutes at 500 degrees.

Step 3Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 1 hour.

Step 4Remove cover and bake 15 minutes to brown if needed.
