Tammy's Fried Rice
Again I stress that if you are allergic to shellfish, use caution and rubber gloves to make this.
3 Tbspcanola oil
1 mediumonion, chopped
2 clovegarlic, minced
1 lbchicken tenders, skinless, diced
1 lbmedium shrimp, tails removed and cleaned
1 ccarrots, shredded
1 box(10-oz) frozen petite english peas
3 Tbspsoy sauce
2 crice, uncooked
How to Make Tammy's Fried Rice
- In a skillet, add canola oil and saute onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add chicken to the skillet; cook for an additional 5 minutes and then add shrimp; cook for 3 minutes.
- In skillet, add shredded carrots, peas and soy sauce; let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package, add to mixture, and cook until heated through. Scramble egg, chop and add to mixture. Serve with egg rolls.
