This is one of my family's favorite recipes. We typically service it with rice pilaf. The sauce is the best part of the dish. I sometimes double the sauce recipe since everyone loves it so much.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup croutons - grated
- 1/2 cup croutons - whole
How To Make swiss chicken

Step 1Arrange chicken breasts in shallow greased baking dish

Step 2Place one slice of cheese on each chicken breast

Step 3Mix soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and white wine in a small bowl

Step 4Pour mixture over chicken breasts and cheese

Step 5Dot with butter

Step 6Sprinkle grated croutons on top

Step 7Sprinkle whole croutons on top
