Ingredients
- 20 - chicken wings separated at joint with tips discarded
- SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups rice vinegar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons plum sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons each minced garlic, minced ginger and red jalapeno peppers
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make sweet chili chicken wings

Step 1Combine all ingredients for sauce except cilantro in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Salt the wings and toss them in a bowl with 1 1/2 cups sauce.

Step 3Lay chicken in single layers on foil lined baking sheet. Don't over crowd them. Bake for 45 minutes. Basting with the sauce.

Step 4Place wings on platter and garnish with cilantro
