    chicken wings
  • 1 c
    soy sauce
  • 3/4 c
    dry red wine
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger

How to Make Sweet and Sticky Oven Wings


  1. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Arrange chicken in a single layer in baking pan.
  2. In a small saucepan heat remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over wings.
  3. Bake wings for 45 minutes turning over a few times during cooking.
  4. Tip: If the sauce is too runny when the wings are done just throw it in a saucepan and reduce until thick and sticky. serve over wings
