Ingredients
- 1 - (3 pound) whole chicken,cut into pieces
- 1 cup honey mustard
- 3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- THAI HOT PEPPER SPICE MIX
- 5 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
How To Make sweet and spicy thai baked chicken

Step 1Combine honey mustard and teriyaki sauce in a medium bowl,whisk together.

Step 2for Thai Hot Pepper Spice Mix,in small bowl,combine all ingredients,mix well.

Step 3Place chicken pieces in a large ziplock bag,add thai hot pepper spice mix,shake it and pour mustard mixture over the chicken,marinade it for 3 hours.

Step 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 5Remove the chicken out of the ziplock bag and place it in a shallow baking pan and pour the sauce into the chicken.

Step 6Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours(75 minutes),basting every 15 minutes with the sauce,until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.
