(3 pound) whole chicken,cut into pieces
1 c
honey mustard
3/4 c
teriyaki sauce


5 tsp
2 tsp
ground coriander
2 tsp
ground cumin
2 tsp
ground ginger
2 tsp
onion powder
1/2 tsp
cayenne pepper

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Thai Baked Chicken


  • 1Combine honey mustard and teriyaki sauce in a medium bowl,whisk together.
  • 2for Thai Hot Pepper Spice Mix,in small bowl,combine all ingredients,mix well.
  • 3Place chicken pieces in a large ziplock bag,add thai hot pepper spice mix,shake it and pour mustard mixture over the chicken,marinade it for 3 hours.
  • 4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 5Remove the chicken out of the ziplock bag and place it in a shallow baking pan and pour the sauce into the chicken.
  • 6Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours(75 minutes),basting every 15 minutes with the sauce,until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.
