Sweet and Spicy Thai Baked Chicken
(3 pound) whole chicken,cut into pieces

How to Make Sweet and Spicy Thai Baked Chicken
1Combine honey mustard and teriyaki sauce in a medium bowl,whisk together.
2for Thai Hot Pepper Spice Mix,in small bowl,combine all ingredients,mix well.
3Place chicken pieces in a large ziplock bag,add thai hot pepper spice mix,shake it and pour mustard mixture over the chicken,marinade it for 3 hours.
4Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
5Remove the chicken out of the ziplock bag and place it in a shallow baking pan and pour the sauce into the chicken.
6Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours(75 minutes),basting every 15 minutes with the sauce,until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear.
