sweet and sour chicken
We don't like to eat out much so i try to create my own version of fast food/take out.Chinese food is our favorite and when i found this recipe,it's now requested once a week.I serve this with chinese fried rice,will be posting that recipe too:)

Ingredients
- 2 packages chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 2 - lightly beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 3/4 cup white sugar
How To Make sweet and sour chicken

Step 1rinse and pat dry chicken breast,cut up into bite-sized pieces,season with salt and pepper.roll chicken pieces into cornstarch,shake off excess,dip into beaten eggs and fry in 1/4 cup vegetable oil till browned on each side.

Step 2mix all the ingredients for the sauce,pour over the fried chicken pieces,put into a 9x13 pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes,stir to coat chicken with sauce and bake another 15 minutes.
