super bowl of chili

Recipe by

This recipe is designed for you to use up left over meats from a BBQ are party, and you just can't think of what to do with that meat. I used it whether, I had a party of 20 or have been to a BBQ competition. Meat is meat and we should try to stop the waste in our home by finding a easy, go to recipe to use it up rather than throw it out. I've even used hot dogs, pulsed down to a sausage look. It's layers of flavors baby, go on, experiment, your family will thank you

  • 2
Add you meat mix and heat up, breaking the meats up as you go
  • 3
Add spices, balsamic, hot sauces, and Wine, stock, beer, or water. I prefer Red wine, really adds a whole other dimension
  • 4
Add, tomatoes, raisins, corn if available and beans
  • 5
Stir frequently, this is actually a very quick chili, especially if your meats were left over from a BBQ, since they already have some smoke and probably some seasons on them.

Topping Options: Cheese mix, raw onions, jalapenos, scallions, corn chips, sour cream or greek yogurt. Put out like a bar for your guest and family can dress their own. I even include a large bowl of lettuce for anyone who want to make a chili topped salad.
