I've always been intimidated by outdoor cooking but I've had the desire to try it. This is my 1st attempt at grilling outdoors and it was a huge success! This chicken is slightly spicy, not hot.

You've heard of wrapping chicken in bacon, well give bacon paste a try. If you love bacon, you will love this! I wasn't sure if we were eating Chicken or Pork! Be prepared, this is hands on work! It gets messy.

Create your own favorite BBQ sauce and add the seasoning you love the best to the bacon paste.

The bacon paste is adapted from a recipe in Cooks Illustrated. Absolutely genius idea!
