spicy chicken steaks over noddles

This récipe is for my Grand daughter Meagan (don't want her to feel left out) She is going to be living on her own and this will help, with all my love.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices chicken steaks made from thighs or breasts, i prefer thighs because they are juicier
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup italian dressing mix
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 2 tablespoons spice seasoning such as cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 16 ounces noddles fresh or dry or any other pasta
  • 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk (light cream if you prefer
  • 1 teaspoon garlic poder or 2 cloves crushed
  • 2 teaspoons spicy seasoning as used above
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded

How To Make spicy chicken steaks over noddles

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta according to direction
  • Step 2
    place in a plastic bag the first 7 ingredients.
  • Step 3
    place chicken steaks into the plastic bag and marinade, refrigerate for at least 2 hrs.
  • Step 4
    Heat grill and grill chicken until done and are not pink anymore
  • Step 5
    place the milk (or cream) , garlic, pepper and seasoning and butter in a sauce pan. and heat and stir until well blended.
  • Step 6
    Drain Pasta place chicken over drained pasta add the sauce, and sprinkle wit parmesan
