1can cheddar cheese soup
1can rotel tomatoes
1can snap e tom or spicy v8
2 1/4cups minute rice
How to Make Spicy Chicken & Rice
- Make sure you boil your chicken first or you can used can chicken. I like to use canned as it is quicker.
- Saute Minute Rice in 1 stick butter. Add cheddar cheese soup, Rotel tomatoes, Snap E Tom or Spicy V8. Cook on stovetop 20-25 minutes until rice is tender. Add chicken to skillet last, stir to heat thoroughly together. May need to add a bit of water while heating if it starts to thicken too much.
- When serving top with shredded cheese and picante sauce.
