southwestern chicken casserole
I wanted to try cooking with Campbell's new Creamy Poblano and Queso soup. This is the casserole I came up with. I served it with a nice garden salad.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1 can mexican style corn, drained
- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can creamy poblano and queso soup, undiluted
- 2 teaspoons cilantro, dried
- dash - garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Make southwestern chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Place all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 3Stir to mix well.

Step 4Place in a casserole dish.

Step 5Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
