Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    seasoned black beans drained
  • 1 can(s)
    whole sweet corn drained
  • 1 jar(s)
    16 oz pace picante sauce or 1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 2 lb
    chicken boneless and skinless and can be frozen

How to Make Southwest Chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. I just throw it all together in the crockpot on low and stir every few hours.
  2. About an hour before serving, chop up the chicken or shred.
  3. I sometimes will add a half a cup of cooked brown rice too.
