- 1 can seasoned black beans drained
- 1 can whole sweet corn drained
- 1 jar 16 oz pace picante sauce or 1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 pounds chicken boneless and skinless and can be frozen
How To Make southwest chicken

Step 1I just throw it all together in the crockpot on low and stir every few hours.

Step 2About an hour before serving, chop up the chicken or shred.

Step 3I sometimes will add a half a cup of cooked brown rice too.
