Southwest Chicken

This is good served with tortilla chips or I put it on my salad greens to make a fajita salad.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot


1 can(s)
seasoned black beans drained
1 can(s)
whole sweet corn drained
1 jar(s)
16 oz pace picante sauce or 1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
8 oz
cream cheese
2 lb
chicken boneless and skinless and can be frozen


1I just throw it all together in the crockpot on low and stir every few hours.
2About an hour before serving, chop up the chicken or shred.
3I sometimes will add a half a cup of cooked brown rice too.
