This is good served with tortilla chips or I put it on my salad greens to make a fajita salad.

Slow Cooker Crock Pot

seasoned black beans drained
1 can(s)
whole sweet corn drained
1 jar(s)
16 oz pace picante sauce or 1 can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilis
8 oz
cream cheese
2 lb
chicken boneless and skinless and can be frozen

How to Make Southwest Chicken


  • 1I just throw it all together in the crockpot on low and stir every few hours.
  • 2About an hour before serving, chop up the chicken or shred.
  • 3I sometimes will add a half a cup of cooked brown rice too.
