Ingredients

2 lb
chicken tenderloins or breast
salt and pepper to taste
bbq sauce
5-6 slice
ham, smoked and deli-sliced
cheese of choice, shredded or sliced
1
tomato
5
green onions, chopped

How to Make Smokey mountain chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2Grill to preferred doneness. I used my George Foreman, that took about 10 minutes. If using BBQ grill, cook 5-7 minutes pre side.
  • 3Once done, top with BBQ sauce
  • 4Add ham and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  • 5Remove from grill and top with tomato and green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
