Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken tenderloins or breast
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - bbq sauce
- 5-6 slices ham, smoked and deli-sliced
- - cheese of choice, shredded or sliced
- 1 - tomato
- 5 - green onions, chopped
How To Make smokey mountain chicken

Step 1Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2Grill to preferred doneness. I used my George Foreman, that took about 10 minutes. If using BBQ grill, cook 5-7 minutes pre side.

Step 3Once done, top with BBQ sauce

Step 4Add ham and grill for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 5Remove from grill and top with tomato and green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
