Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken tenderloins or breast
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • - bbq sauce
  • 5-6 slices ham, smoked and deli-sliced
  • - cheese of choice, shredded or sliced
  • 1 - tomato
  • 5 - green onions, chopped

How To Make smokey mountain chicken

  • Step 1
    Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Step 2
    Grill to preferred doneness. I used my George Foreman, that took about 10 minutes. If using BBQ grill, cook 5-7 minutes pre side.
  • Step 3
    Once done, top with BBQ sauce
  • Step 4
    Add ham and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Remove from grill and top with tomato and green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
