Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    chicken tenderloins or breast
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • ·
    bbq sauce
  • 5-6 slice
    ham, smoked and deli-sliced
  • ·
    cheese of choice, shredded or sliced
  • 1
    tomato
  • 5
    green onions, chopped

How to Make Smokey mountain chicken

Step-by-Step

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Grill to preferred doneness. I used my George Foreman, that took about 10 minutes. If using BBQ grill, cook 5-7 minutes pre side.
  3. Once done, top with BBQ sauce
  4. Add ham and grill for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Remove from grill and top with tomato and green onions. Serve immediately. Enjoy.
