Ingredients

1 1/2 lbboneless skinless chicken thighs

2leeks white part only sliced

6 clovegarlic minced

1 largeonion chopped

1 largefennel bulb chopped

1/2 cchicken broth
-
1/2 cwhite wine
-
2meyer lemons quartered
-
2 Tbsprosemary minced
-
·salt and pepper to taste
-
2 tspbutter
-
1/2 tspground coriander
-
3/4 cpanko bread crumbs

16 ozcooked and drained noodles
How to Make Slow Cooker Meyer Lemon Chicken with Fennel
- place first 9 ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for hours.
- Melt butter in pan add panko and coriander. Brown a couple of minutes.
- Remove lemons from crock and discard. Serve chicken mixture over noodles and top with panko
