Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 - leeks white part only sliced
- 6 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 large fennel bulb chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 - meyer lemons quartered
- 2 tablespoons rosemary minced
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 16 ounces cooked and drained noodles
How To Make slow cooker meyer lemon chicken with fennel

Step 1place first 9 ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for hours.

Step 2Melt butter in pan add panko and coriander. Brown a couple of minutes.

Step 3Remove lemons from crock and discard. Serve chicken mixture over noodles and top with panko
