Ingredients
- 3 pounds whole chicken, thawed
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon dried scallions
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 1 cup your favorite bbq sauce (babyrays)
- - salt & pepper to season the meat
How To Make slow cooked bbq chicken

Step 1Set your crock pot on low. Add your vegetable broth, scallions and garlic. Season well your whole chicken with salt and pepper. Place your chicken in your crock. Cook on low for 3 hours.

Step 2Then, pour your cup of BBQ sauce over whole chicken, cover with lid and finish cooking on low another 2 hours. Remove chicken from pot cut into serving pieces.
