Ingredients
- 1 -2 pound ground chicken
- 2 stalks celery sliced thin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic minced or chopped small
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- 2/3 cup crumbled blue cheese or cheddar
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 1/4 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/8 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons franks or texas pete hotsauce or your choice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Make shar's buffalo meatballs

Step 1Place the chicken, celery , carrot, and blue cheese or cheddar , bread crumbs in a bowl mix with hands

Step 2Take about one tablespoon size of chicken mixture and with hands form a ball place in crockpot.

Step 3In a fry pan add the olive oil ,butter, garlic and onion cook till translucent add the chicken broth heat till it bubbles pour into crockpot

Step 4Add the hot sauce and ranch dressing to crockpot after One hour. Continue to slow cook for 45 minutes. Serve an enjoy
