whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
3 Tbsp
sesame oil
3 medium
yellow squash, sliced thin
2 medium
zucchini, sliced thin
3 medium
carrots, sliced thin
1/2 medium
green bell pepper, diced
1 can(s)
chicken broth
1 Tbsp
sesame seeds
2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
celery seeds
1/2 tsp
minced garlicc

How to Make Sesame-Ginger Stir-Fry

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium high.
  • 2Add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Stir frequently.
  • 3Add vegetables and cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • 4Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  • 5Reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. You can thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
