1whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed

3 Tbspsesame oil

3 mediumyellow squash, sliced thin

2 mediumzucchini, sliced thin

3 mediumcarrots, sliced thin

1/2 mediumgreen bell pepper, diced

1 can(s)chicken broth
-
1 Tbspsesame seeds
-
2 tspground ginger
-
1/2 tspcelery seeds
-
1/2 tspminced garlicc
-
dashred pepper flakes
How to Make Sesame-Ginger Stir-Fry
- Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium high.
- Add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Stir frequently.
- Add vegetables and cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. You can thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
