Ingredients
- 1 - whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 medium yellow squash, sliced thin
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
- 3 medium carrots, sliced thin
- 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlicc
- dash - red pepper flakes
How To Make sesame-ginger stir-fry

Step 1Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium high.

Step 2Add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Stir frequently.

Step 3Add vegetables and cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 4Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil.

Step 5Reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. You can thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
