Ingredients

  • 1 - whole boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 medium yellow squash, sliced thin
  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced thin
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/2 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlicc
  • dash - red pepper flakes

How To Make sesame-ginger stir-fry

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in wok or large skillet over medium high.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken and cook until chicken is done. Stir frequently.
  • Step 3
    Add vegetables and cook stirring frequently until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Step 4
    Add broth and seasonings. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 5
    Reduce heat and cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. You can thicken sauce with cornstarch if desired.
