An easy, low carb, low calorie chicken taco recipe given to me at a class I recently attended. Weight Watcher friendly too. Can be made into tacos or just plain with the addition of sour cream, lettuce, cheese, etc. Little or no preparation!!

Ingredients

4chicken breasts (can be frozen)
-
1 pkgtaco seasoning mix (your preference)
-
1 jar(s)salsa (regular size); whatever you prefer
How to Make Salsa Chicken - Steph
- Place chicken breasts in crockpot and sprinkle Taco seasoning mix over them. Pour jar of Salsa over all and bake all day in crockpot on low or high for approximately 5 hours.
- Shred the chicken and make taco, burrito or eat with tortillas. Add lettuce, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, whatever your preference is. Very good! ENJOY!
