- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds red skinned potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1Place chicken, seasonings, and all vegetables into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours.

Step 2Whisk corn starch into milk, stir into slow cooker and cook 15 additional minutes on high.

Step 3To freeze this recipe for later use: Place chicken, seasonings, carrots, and onions into gallon-sized freezer bag. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Dump bag into slow cooker, add potatoes. Cook on low 6 hours. Continue from step 2.
