How to Make Royal Lemon Chicken
- In an 81/2 x 11 inch baking dish, stir together the lemon gelatin, butter,garlic salt and mustard.
- Cut breasts into 4 to 6 pieces; arrange chicken in a single layer in the gelatin mixture, turning over to coat both sides.
- Place almond slivers on each chicken piece. Bake in 350* oven (covered) for 30 minutes, basting once.
- Remove cover; baste again, then bake an additional 15 minutes more or until golden brown.. I serve mine on a bed of rice, with a lettuce salad... Enjoy!
