Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon whole chicken
- 1 large onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons each onion powder, garlic powder and thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- - olive oil
How To Make roasted rotisserie chicken

Step 1In a bowl mix together the salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder , thyme, and pepper. Set aside.

Step 2Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place the whole onion and cloves of garlic in the cavity.

Step 3Rub oil over the whole chicken then rub the spice mixture all over chicken. Wrap chicken in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

Step 4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Tent with foil if skin starts to burn. Let rest for 10 minutes
