How to Make Roasted Rotisserie Chicken
- In a bowl mix together the salt, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder , thyme, and pepper. Set aside.
- Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place the whole onion and cloves of garlic in the cavity.
- Rub oil over the whole chicken then rub the spice mixture all over chicken. Wrap chicken in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Tent with foil if skin starts to burn. Let rest for 10 minutes
