The recipe uses mostly canned, pre-made or left-over ingredients, so it's easy and quick to make. So I particularly like it on those days when I'm really hungry but have so little time to cook a full meal.

Ingredients
- 1 - 10-inch tortilla (i prefer flour tortillas, but any will work)
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1-2 tablespoon low-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa (mild or hot - your choice)
- 1 1/ ounces mexican-blend cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
- 1 - avocado slice (optional)
How To Make quick chicken fajita wrap

Step 1Warm the tortilla in a skillet (or in a warm oven), if you prefer.

Step 2Place chicken, sour cream, salsa and cheese on tortilla. Add avocado slice, if using. Sprinkle cilantro and sliced green onion on top.

Step 3Roll up the tortilla, and serve. I usually make a single wrap, for a light lunch for myself. But you cut the wrap into 4 or more pieces, and it would make a nice appetizer for a Mexican-themed party.
