Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, boiled and shredded.
  • 2 lb
    velvetta cheese cubed
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes, buy acording to preference
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of celery soup undiluted
  • 20 oz
    elbow macaroni, cooked

How to Make Quick and Easy Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Boil chicken in a large pot till done. Remove chicken reserving broth. Boil Macaroni in chicken broth.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large sauce pot, bring to slow boil.
  3. Drain macaroni, return to large pot, add shredded chicken, soup mixture and mix. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
