Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, boiled and shredded.
  • 2 pounds velvetta cheese cubed
  • 2 cans rotel tomatoes, buy acording to preference
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 2 cans cream of celery soup undiluted
  • 20 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked

How To Make quick and easy chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken in a large pot till done. Remove chicken reserving broth. Boil Macaroni in chicken broth.
  • Step 2
    Combine remaining ingredients in a large sauce pot, bring to slow boil.
  • Step 3
    Drain macaroni, return to large pot, add shredded chicken, soup mixture and mix. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
