Substitute the hot sauce for bbq sauce for the kiddos, still very delicious!
How to Make Pulled Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
- Add No butter for a Hot style sauce. 1/2 stick for Medium. The entire 1 stick for a Mild sauce
- Place your chicken in the crock pot with the hot sauce and enough water to bring it to almost cover the breasts.
- Place on high to cook for an hour and 45 mins. When finished cooking, the chicken should pull easily with 2 forks. Add about 1T of cornstarch to the hot sauce or bbq mixture to thicken the sauce to desired consistency. Adding more or less to alter the sauce.
- Once all is complete. Cook for another 10 minutes to bring it back up to temprature and serve hot, on a roll with some blue cheese dressing!
