- 1 cup coarsley crushed potato chips
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
How To Make potato chip chicken

Step 1In a large resealable plastic bag combine the potato chips, parsley, salt, paprika and onion powder. Brush the chicken wit the mayonnaise, add chicken to the crumb mioxture and shake to coat. Place in an ungreased microwave safe cassarole dish and cover with papert towels. Cook on high for 8 minutes or until the meat thermometer reads 170*F.
