Tasty chicken with an Asian flair.

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken pieces i used wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry
  • 1/3 cup hoison sauce
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 6 - green onions chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • - zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • - fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make peking chicken

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together except cilantro and let marinate overnight.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken on foil lined pan and bake for 45 minutes basting with marinade every 15 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with cilantro to serve
