  • 4 lb
    chicken pieces i used wings
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    dry sherry
  • 1/3 c
    hoison sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    grated ginger
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
    rice vinegar
  • 6
    green onions chopped
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • ·
    zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
  • 1/4 c
    orange marmalade
  • 1 tsp
    chili garlic sauce
  • ·
    fresh cilantro for garnish

How to Make Peking Chicken


  1. Mix all ingredients together except cilantro and let marinate overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken on foil lined pan and bake for 45 minutes basting with marinade every 15 minutes.
  3. Garnish with cilantro to serve
