Ingredients
- 5 ounces chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 3 ounces kielbasa , healthy turkey
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 8 ounces linguine, cooked
- 1 tablespoon blackening spice (tony's seasoning)
How To Make pasta yaya

Step 1Rinse chicken and pat dry slice in small thin pieces.

Step 2melt the butter in large saucepan. Add garlic and green onions. Saute for 1 minute. Add sausage and chicken.

Step 3cook until chicken is done but not browned. Add the cream. (you can also use milk and flour instead).

Step 4simmer over med-low heat until liquid is reduced by 1/3. Stir in chicken stock and pasta.

Step 5Simmer until the sauce is thickened slightly, stirring constantly. Season with salt, pepper, and Blackening Spice.
