Ingredients
- 14 ounces fettucine or linguine
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon salted capers, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 1/2 medium red onion, finely sliced
- 2 - smoked chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons dill, fresh chopped
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley chopped
How To Make pasta with smoked chicken breast and dill sauce

Step 1Place the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water over high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente.

Step 2While the pasta is cooking, place the oil, lemon juice, capers, mustard and onion in a small saucepan over low-medium heat and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Step 3Drain the pasta and place on a large serving plate. Toss through the oil and lemon mixture, chicken, dill and parsley. Serve with lots of cracked black pepper and a soalad of baby English spinach.
