Ingredients

  • 14 oz
    fettucine or linguine
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    salted capers, rinsed
  • 1 Tbsp
    wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 medium
    red onion, finely sliced
  • 2
    smoked chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp
    dill, fresh chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    italian parsley chopped

How to Make Pasta with smoked chicken breast and dill sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water over high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, place the oil, lemon juice, capers, mustard and onion in a small saucepan over low-medium heat and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  3. Drain the pasta and place on a large serving plate. Toss through the oil and lemon mixture, chicken, dill and parsley. Serve with lots of cracked black pepper and a soalad of baby English spinach.
