Ingredients

14 oz
fettucine or linguine
4 Tbsp
olive oil
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 Tbsp
salted capers, rinsed
1 Tbsp
wholegrain mustard
1/2 medium
red onion, finely sliced
2
smoked chicken breasts, sliced
2 Tbsp
dill, fresh chopped
2 Tbsp
italian parsley chopped

How to Make Pasta with smoked chicken breast and dill sauce

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water over high heat and cook for 5 minutes or until al dente.
  • 2While the pasta is cooking, place the oil, lemon juice, capers, mustard and onion in a small saucepan over low-medium heat and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • 3Drain the pasta and place on a large serving plate. Toss through the oil and lemon mixture, chicken, dill and parsley. Serve with lots of cracked black pepper and a soalad of baby English spinach.
