parmesan garlic buffalo wings

I mixed a new concoction for wings tonight...I must say they were finger lickin good! I made 8 pounds and not a one left... Enjoy! My photos

yield 4 pounds of wings

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken wings - bake, deep fry, grill
  • SAUCE
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup or to taste - grated, parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cups or to taste - franks red hot sauce
  • 6 large cloves garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey - optional

How To Make parmesan garlic buffalo wings

  • Step 1
    Place all sauce ingredients in a sauce pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    When wings are done, whisk sauce making sure the butter is mixed into the sauce well. Place about a dozen or so wings in a bowl with lid. Pour some sauce, enough to coat wings. Shake well. Pour out onto a platter and repeat with remainder of wings...enjoy!
