2 cpanko bread crumbs
1 Tbspgarlic powder
1 Tbspolive oil
1 cshredded 6 italian cheese
2 cmarinara sause
How to Make Panko Crusted Chicken Cutlet 6 Italian Cheeses
- in a bowl combine the flour with the garlic powder,salt & pepper...in another bowl mix the 2 eggs, place the panko bread crumbs on a plate
- spray a cookie sheet with oil, now take each cutlet and drench lightly in the flour, then the egg, then in panko, press firmly on both sides.
- line them on the cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil...bake about 10 mins...then topped each with marinara sauce and evenly divided cheese...cook another 10-15 mins. until cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly...serve with any pasta or salad.
