Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded 6 italian cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sause

How To Make panko crusted chicken cutlet 6 italian cheeses

  • Step 1
    in a bowl combine the flour with the garlic powder,salt & pepper...in another bowl mix the 2 eggs, place the panko bread crumbs on a plate
  • Step 2
    spray a cookie sheet with oil, now take each cutlet and drench lightly in the flour, then the egg, then in panko, press firmly on both sides.
  • Step 3
    line them on the cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil...bake about 10 mins...then topped each with marinara sauce and evenly divided cheese...cook another 10-15 mins. until cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly...serve with any pasta or salad.
