- 6 - chicken cutlets
- 1 cup flour
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded 6 italian cheese
- 2 cups marinara sause
How To Make panko crusted chicken cutlet 6 italian cheeses

Step 1in a bowl combine the flour with the garlic powder,salt & pepper...in another bowl mix the 2 eggs, place the panko bread crumbs on a plate

Step 2spray a cookie sheet with oil, now take each cutlet and drench lightly in the flour, then the egg, then in panko, press firmly on both sides.

Step 3line them on the cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil...bake about 10 mins...then topped each with marinara sauce and evenly divided cheese...cook another 10-15 mins. until cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly...serve with any pasta or salad.
