marinara sause

How to Make Panko Crusted Chicken Cutlet 6 Italian Cheeses


  • 1in a bowl combine the flour with the garlic powder,salt & another bowl mix the 2 eggs, place the panko bread crumbs on a plate
  • 2spray a cookie sheet with oil, now take each cutlet and drench lightly in the flour, then the egg, then in panko, press firmly on both sides.
  • 3line them on the cookie sheet, drizzle with olive oil...bake about 10 mins...then topped each with marinara sauce and evenly divided cheese...cook another 10-15 mins. until cooked through and cheese is melted and bubbly...serve with any pasta or salad.
  • 4you can find the 6 Italian cheese in the cheese aisle ...comes shredded in a bag.
