Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make pamesan chicken cutlets (light)

Step 1Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Pound the chicken breasts into flat pieces. You may want to cut them in halves or fourths.

Step 3Mix all the ingredients and dredge the chicken cutlets through the mixture until coated well.

Step 4Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle. Serve with brown or wild rice to keep it light. Also goes well with steamed herb green beans.
