Pad Thai Chicken Wings
·salt and olive oil
1/2 cprepared pad thai sauce
3 Tbsprice vinegar
1 Tbspchili garlic paste
1 Tbspsirracha sauce
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
4 Tbspcold butter cut into 8 pats
2 Tbspfinely ground peanuts
How to Make Pad Thai Chicken Wings
- Preheat oven 300 degrees. Place wings on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes
- Mix all remaining ingredients together in sauce pan except for peanuts and butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer until thicken about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in butter one pat at a time letting each one melt until all is incorporated. Remove from heat stir in peanuts.
- Remove wings from oven and deep fry in hot oil at 375 until skin is crisp. about 4 or 5 minutes. You can skip this step if you don't want the skin crispy.
- Add wings to a big bowl and pour sauce over top stirring and let them soak up some of the sauce. Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
