pad thai chicken wings
I love wings and I am always trying out different flavor combinations to come up with new tastes. I love chicken pad thai so I thought why not pad thai chicken wings. These turned out great.

Ingredients
- 20 - chicken wings
- - salt and olive oil
- 1/2 cup prepared pad thai sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon sirracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons cold butter cut into 8 pats
- 2 tablespoons finely ground peanuts
How To Make pad thai chicken wings

Step 1Preheat oven 300 degrees. Place wings on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes

Step 2Mix all remaining ingredients together in sauce pan except for peanuts and butter. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer until thicken about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in butter one pat at a time letting each one melt until all is incorporated. Remove from heat stir in peanuts.

Step 3Remove wings from oven and deep fry in hot oil at 375 until skin is crisp. about 4 or 5 minutes. You can skip this step if you don't want the skin crispy.

Step 4Add wings to a big bowl and pour sauce over top stirring and let them soak up some of the sauce. Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
