Ingredients
- 1 - egg, ligthly beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 - 2 1/2 pounds chicken breast halves, thighs and/or drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
How To Make oven-fried parmesan chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. In a small bowl combine egg and milk. In a shallow dish combine parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, oregano, paprika and pepper.

Step 2Dip chicken into egg mixture; coat with crumbs. Arrange chicken in a greased large shallow baking pan, making sure pieces don't touch. Drizzle chicken with melted butter.

Step 3Bake for 45-55 minutes or until chicken is tender an no longer pink. Do not turn chicken during baking. If desired, garnish with fresh oregano.
