How To Make oven-fried chicken cutlets
-
Step 1Preheat over to 450.
-
Step 2Mix bread crumbs, cheese, garlic, parsley, basil, olive oil together until the olive oil is incorporated into the bread crumb mixture. Use salt and pepper to taste. Careful because most breadcrumbs come with salt in them already.
-
Step 3Take the chicken breasts and slice into 1/4 cutlets. I put them into bowl. Season with salt and pepper.Mix up the eggs into a bowl.
-
Step 4Dip into egg, then breadcrumbs and set aside. Repeat until all are breaded nicely.
-
Step 5Place the cutlets on a baking sheet lined with a silpat baking mat. Cook until browned on both sides. You'll have to flip them over halfway through the cooking. Cook them until crispy-ness.
-
Step 6Enjoy these bad-boys without the messy and unhealthy frying. Soog good you'll wanna slap ya momma!
