Ingredients

  • 3 cans chicken (13 oz), drained
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup cashew pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers or tri-color pepper mix
  • 1/4 cup pimientos (optional)
  • 3/4 cup mayo (can be low fat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 can french-fried onions (divided)
  • pinch paprika

How To Make oven chicken salad

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of onion and paprika. Pour into greased 9x9 or 8x12 casserole.
  • Step 2
    Top with remaining onions, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Serves 8
