diced celery

cashew pieces
1/2 c
chopped green peppers or tri-color pepper mix
1/4 c
pimientos (optional)
3/4 c
mayo (can be low fat)
1/2 tsp
basil
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
1/4 c
skim milk
1 can(s)
french-fried onions (divided)
pinch
paprika

How to Make Oven Chicken Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of onion and paprika. Pour into greased 9x9 or 8x12 casserole.
  • 2Top with remaining onions, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
