Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken (13 oz), drained
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup cashew pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers or tri-color pepper mix
- 1/4 cup pimientos (optional)
- 3/4 cup mayo (can be low fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 can french-fried onions (divided)
- pinch paprika
How To Make oven chicken salad

Step 1Mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of onion and paprika. Pour into greased 9x9 or 8x12 casserole.

Step 2Top with remaining onions, sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
