Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 medium plun tomatoes coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ancho chile powder or one ancho chile
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Step 1In a Large saucepan over medium heat ,heat the butter and sweat the onion and garlic until translucent.

Step 2Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 3Puree the mixture in the food processor pour into a bowl and let cool at room temperature.
