my chicken nuggets
I love these deep fried. I know not the healthiest but they are so crispy and delicious. If baking them I try to flip them over half way through the baking time to get the bottom as crisp as the top. If you leave them the whole time without flipping them the bottom tends to be soggy and comes off when removing them from pan. Enjoy

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast cut into pieces
- - oil for frying if deep frying
How To Make my chicken nuggets

Step 1If deep frying heat oil to 375 degrees If baking set oven at 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with oil.

Step 2Combine all ingredients except chicken and butter. Dip chicken in butter and then dredge in crumb mixture. Deep fry or bake until chicken is done. about 30 minutes if baking about 6 minutes if deep frying.

Step 3Serve with desired dipping sauce
