Ingredients For moo goo gai pan

    chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 10
    crimini mushrooms
  • sm
    bunch broccoli, use florets only
  • 1/2 sm
    head cabbage, cored and diced
  • 2 md
    carrots, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 c
    snow peas
  • 1 can
    baby corn, drained
  • 2 c
    chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 tsp
    corn starch
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil

How To Make moo goo gai pan

    Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add veggies and chicken.

    Stir-fry until veggies are tender.

    Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Heat to almost boiling. In a cup combine water and corn starch until dissolved completely. Add to sauce. Cook stirring frequently until sauce thickens.

    Add the sauce to the cooked veggies and chicken. Cook stirring often until heated through.

    Serve over white rice.
