Ingredients
- 2 - chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 10 - crimini mushrooms
- small bunch broccoli, use florets only
- 1/2 small head cabbage, cored and diced
- 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1 can baby corn, drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
How To Make moo goo gai pan

Step 1Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add veggies and chicken.

Step 2Stir-fry until veggies are tender.

Step 3Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Heat to almost boiling. In a cup combine water and corn starch until dissolved completely. Add to sauce. Cook stirring frequently until sauce thickens.

Step 4Add the sauce to the cooked veggies and chicken. Cook stirring often until heated through.

Step 5Serve over white rice.
