chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
crimini mushrooms
bunch broccoli, use florets only
1/2 small
head cabbage, cored and diced
2 medium
carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1 c
snow peas
1 can(s)
baby corn, drained
2 c
chicken broth
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp
soy sauce
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
corn starch
2 Tbsp
sesame oil

How to Make Moo Goo Gai Pan


  • 1Heat oil in a skillet or wok. Add veggies and chicken.
  • 2Stir-fry until veggies are tender.
  • 3Meanwhile in a saucepan, combine broth, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Heat to almost boiling. In a cup combine water and corn starch until dissolved completely. Add to sauce. Cook stirring frequently until sauce thickens.
  • 4Add the sauce to the cooked veggies and chicken. Cook stirring often until heated through.
  • 5Serve over white rice.
