This recipe was given to me by one of my nieces and I made it for my bunco group. There is three different fillings she also gave me and I hope you try them.

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

2 Tbsp
butter
1/4 c
flour
1
egg
1/4 c
prossessed swiss cheese

How to Make Mini cream puffs hor d'oeuvre's

Step-by-Step

  • 1Turn oven on 400*
    Melt butter with 1/4 cup boiling water. Add flour, stir vigorously cooking until forms ball.
  • 2Remove from heat and add egg. Beat well, stir in cheese and beat until smooth.
    Drop by level tsp. full, and bake for 20-min.
  • 3Cool and cup top off to clean out inside.
    Fill with one of the following fillings or your own favorite.
    Set the top back on the cream puff.
    Enjoy
