How to Make Mini cream puffs hor d'oeuvre's
1Turn oven on 400*
Melt butter with 1/4 cup boiling water. Add flour, stir vigorously cooking until forms ball.
2Remove from heat and add egg. Beat well, stir in cheese and beat until smooth.
Drop by level tsp. full, and bake for 20-min.
3Cool and cup top off to clean out inside.
Fill with one of the following fillings or your own favorite.
Set the top back on the cream puff.
