mini cream puffs hor d'oeuvre's
This recipe was given to me by one of my nieces and I made it for my bunco group. There is three different fillings she also gave me and I hope you try them.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cup prossessed swiss cheese
How To Make mini cream puffs hor d'oeuvre's

Step 1Turn oven on 400* Melt butter with 1/4 cup boiling water. Add flour, stir vigorously cooking until forms ball.

Step 2Remove from heat and add egg. Beat well, stir in cheese and beat until smooth. Drop by level tsp. full, and bake for 20-min.

Step 3Cool and cup top off to clean out inside. Fill with one of the following fillings or your own favorite. Set the top back on the cream puff. Enjoy
