How to Make Mini cream puffs hor d'oeuvre's
- Turn oven on 400*
Melt butter with 1/4 cup boiling water. Add flour, stir vigorously cooking until forms ball.
- Remove from heat and add egg. Beat well, stir in cheese and beat until smooth.
Drop by level tsp. full, and bake for 20-min.
- Cool and cup top off to clean out inside.
Fill with one of the following fillings or your own favorite.
Set the top back on the cream puff.
