- 8 - corn tortillas (6 inches)
- 1 jar salsa (12 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese with jalapeno peppers, shredded
How To Make mile high enchilada pie

Step 1Place 1 tortilla on bottom of slow cooker. Top with small amount of salsa (1-2 tablespoons), beans, chicken and cheese. Continue layering using remaining ingredients.

Step 2Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
