Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 bag crushed tortilla chips
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 can chopped green chilis
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder & onion powder
How To Make mexican chicken bake

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350°. In medium bowl slightly melt cream cheese in microwave until smooth. Drain tomatoes & chilies then add to bowl. Mix in soup until combined. Add 2/3 cheese, chicken & spices.

Step 2In 9x9 dish layer 1st crushed chips (about 1/3) then layer half of chicken/cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese & chips.

Step 3Bake sbout 30 minutes until sides are bubbly & top is slightly browned.
