Mexican Chicken Bake
3 ccooked, shredded chicken
1 bag(s)crushed tortilla chips
1 can(s)fire roasted diced tomatoes
1 can(s)chopped green chilis
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 pkgcream cheese, room temperature
1/2 tspchili powder & onion powder
How to Make Mexican Chicken Bake
- Pre-heat oven to 350°. In medium bowl slightly melt cream cheese in microwave until smooth. Drain tomatoes & chilies then add to bowl. Mix in soup until combined. Add 2/3 cheese, chicken & spices.
- In 9x9 dish layer 1st crushed chips (about 1/3) then layer half of chicken/cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese & chips.
- Bake sbout 30 minutes until sides are bubbly & top is slightly browned.
