- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3/4 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
- 1 bag birdsege farm fresh broccoli,corn and red peppers
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make mexican chicken and vegetables

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chicken: Brown on both sides. Add onion and chili powder, cook and stir until onion is tender.

Step 2Stir in vegetables, salsa, water and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low , cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
