chili powder (optional)

birdsege farm fresh broccoli,corn and red peppers

salsa
1/4 c
water
1/4 tsp
salt

How to Make Mexican Chicken and Vegetables

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chicken: Brown on both sides. Add onion and chili powder, cook and stir until onion is tender.
  • 2Stir in vegetables, salsa, water and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low , cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
