How to Make Mexican Chicken and Vegetables
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chicken: Brown on both sides. Add onion and chili powder, cook and stir until onion is tender.
- Stir in vegetables, salsa, water and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low , cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
