Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 3/4 lb
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large
    onion chopped
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder (optional)
  • 1 bag(s)
    birdsege farm fresh broccoli,corn and red peppers
  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Mexican Chicken and Vegetables

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chicken: Brown on both sides. Add onion and chili powder, cook and stir until onion is tender.
  2. Stir in vegetables, salsa, water and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low , cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
